Sunday Onoja is a dedicated immigration consultant with a strong academic foundation and extensive practical experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Economics and a Master’s in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria. His educational background is complemented by certifications in immigration consultancy from Herzing College in Toronto and a Post Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management-Global from Conestoga Institute of Trades and Applied Studies in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Additionally, he is certified in PRINCE2 at both the foundation and practitioner levels.

 

As a registered member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Sunday’s qualifications extend beyond academia. He has nearly nine years of experience at the British High Commission, where he worked in the visa and political sections, managing sensitive cases and holding official UK Security Clearance (Offsen). This unique blend of experience as both a former team lead in the visa section and a consultant equips him with deep insights into the criteria that immigration officials prioritize in their decision-making.

Sunday specializes in navigating complex immigration scenarios across various streams, including work permits, study permits, the Express Entry program, provincial nomination programs, business immigration, super visas, LMIA applications, Permanent Residency Applications, PR Card Renewals, Temporary Resident Visas, and Citizenship Applications, among others. He excels in resolving critical immigration challenges, particularly with cases involving misrepresentation and stubborn refusals, boasting a noteworthy success rate with reconsideration requests.
